We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate and promotional events. This role plays a key part in ensuring each event runs smoothly from preparation through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of events, meetings, and brand activations
Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure event requirements are met
Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistical checklists
Monitor timelines and assist in maintaining event standards and quality
Provide on-site support to ensure a professional and organized event experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
